I'm really glad you're talking about this! I love your "low floor" analogy-- we use that language with designing lessons for students, but we should also be thinking about it for our parents and teachers: what are the barriers from their perspective? Thank you for this insight.

Exactly. True inclusion requires us to audit the barriers for every stakeholder in the building. In your experience, what’s the biggest "high floor" hurdle for parents right now? I’m a huge fan of your work with Regenerative Schools and already have my eyes on your upcoming book!
