Really thoughtful piece. The line about “three people climbing the same scaffold” really landed for me. I think schools are having lots of AI conversations, but not always equitable ones. The operational side of schools is so often left out of innovation conversations, even though they carry huge parts of the organisation. Really enjoyed this.
