A Newsletter for School Leaders Who Know Systems Beat Scrambling
Every Wednesday, I send you one framework that turns a messy school challenge into a manageable system. A short read with an immediate payoff.

Who’s behind this?
👋 Hi, I’m G (short for Gitane). I help schools and organizations navigate complexity through systematic design thinking. In other words, I make complicated stuff simpler.

After 15+ years in international schools at the crossroads of EdTech and communication, I’ve seen the same pattern everywhere: smart people trapped in overly complicated systems. My goal here? To share frameworks that put user experience first, so your staff, students, and families spend less time frustrated and more time learning, leading, and connecting.
Where Else I’m Sharing This Work
Beyond the newsletter, I speak and run workshops on human-centered design for schools, helping leaders design systems that actually work for the people inside them.
📍 Next stop: Warsaw, for the Technology Readiness Council’s European Summit, bringing systems sense (and a little design magic) to international school leaders.

Why subscribe?
Because good schools aren’t built on more apps, meetings, or emails. They’re built on thoughtful systems that feel clear, humane, and sustainable for the people using them.
If you believe user experience matters as much as outcomes, you’ll find something useful here every week.
